Welcome to REVOLON, the electrifying racing simulation game where players experience the thrill of web3 technology. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of REVOLON, including any content, features, and services available within the game.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using REVOLON, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use REVOLON.

2. ACCESS TO THE GAME

a) Demo Stage: By accessing or using REVOLON, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use REVOLON.

b) User Accounts: To access certain features of REVOLON, you may be required to create a user account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account information updated.

c) Access Restrictions: We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to REVOLON at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms or inappropriate conduct within the game.

3. User conduct

a) Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when accessing and using REVOLON. You must not use REVOLON for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these Terms.

b) Prohibited Activities: Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, hacking, cheating, exploiting bugs, engaging in fraudulent behaviour, harassing other users, or infringing upon the rights of others.

c) Respect for Others: You must respect the rights and privacy of other users of REVOLON. Any form of harassment, abuse, or discrimination will not be tolerated.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

a) Ownership: All content, features, and services available within REVOLON are the property of Xord (Private) Limited and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any content from REVOLON without prior written consent

b) User Content: By submitting any content or materials to REVOLON, you grant Xord (Private) Limited a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content in any form, medium, or technology now known or later developed

5. Privacy

a) Privacy Policy: Your use of REVOLON is subject to our privacy policy, which governs the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information. By using REVOLON, you consent to the terms of our privacy policy.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

a) Exclusion of Damages: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xord (Private) Limited shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of REVOLON.

9. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

a) Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

b) Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by an Arbitrator appointed by Xord (Private) Limited.
